Cancellation and withdrawal policy

You can cancel at any time from your account, without asking us and without explaining. Cancelling stops the automatic renewal.

The service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not switch it off on the day you cancel — you paid for that month.

After it expires, the account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: documents already archived remain, within the free plan's retention.

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of payment, without giving a reason and without penalty. The right is granted by Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on distance contracts.

We refund in full, however much you used the service in those 14 days. The law would let us keep the proportion consumed; we have chosen not to, because a service judged in a fortnight has to be triable without arithmetic.

The right applies once per account, on the first payment. It does not apply to later renewals, which are cancelled under section 1.

Send an unambiguous request to saying that you are withdrawing. There is no mandatory form; an email saying so, from the account address, is enough.

We acknowledge it the same working day.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same means of payment you paid with. We charge no fee for a refund.

A monitoring slot is taken the moment you start monitoring an entity, and stays taken until the end of the subscription month even if you stop monitoring in the meantime. It is the plan's limit, not a charge.

On withdrawal or cancellation, slots are not billed separately and are not deducted from the refund.
