Know the same day ANAF sends you something
The Free plan monitors one tax id, at no cost, without a card.
Why it matters
SPV does not notify you
Documents appear in the Private Virtual Space with no notification whatsoever. The only way to find out is to log in and look — by hand, with your certificate, for every single tax id.
Deadlines run anyway
A received invoice has to be paid by its due date, and one ANAF rejected has to be corrected and resubmitted on time. The deadline does not wait for you to open SPV: the delay comes from nobody having told you.
With several companies it is impossible
An accountant with dozens of clients cannot log into SPV daily for each one. In practice checks happen rarely, and between them documents sit that nobody has seen.
The flow
From certificate to alert, with you out of the middle
You set it up once. The rest happens without you asking for it.
- 1
Connect the certificate
One ANAF authorisation, from your browser.
- 2
We find your companies
The tax ids come from what the certificate can see.
- 3
We keep checking
At your plan's interval, day after day.
- 4
You get the alert
An email the day the document appears.
The panel
Every company in one list, with what is new on each
An accountant does not want one shared stream of every client's invoices. They want to know which client something happened to.
- Each company with its own documents and its own recipients
- An archive holding the original XML, on the plans that include it
- Accounting export and webhook for your own workflow
Monitored companies
Last check 12 minutes ago- ACME DISTRIBUȚIE SRLRO310212673 new
- EXEMPLU CONSTRUCT SRLRO446749421 new
- NORD LOGISTIC SRLRO18452110—
Features
What you get, in short
Every line exists because somebody lost something without it.
Connect one certificate, we monitor every client
ANAF tells us which tax ids your certificate has rights over. You enter nothing by hand and ask nobody for credentials: the companies you administer appear automatically, and alerts can go separately to the right person at each one.
- Every company you administer, from a single authorisation
- Different recipients for each tax id
- Hourly checks, so you do not learn things the next day
- Accounting export and webhook for your existing workflow
Example alert
[Alerte SPV] New invoice for Exemplu SRL
Invoice received
Factura cu id_incarcare=6601193065 emisa de cif_emitent=31021267 pentru cif_beneficiar=44674942
On the paid plans, which include the extracted summary, we read the invoice too:
Supplier: ACME DISTRIBUTIE SRL (RO31021267) Document: FCT-2026-0417, issued 03.08.2026 Total: 1,480.00 RON (VAT 236.20 RON) Due: 02.09.2026
09.08.2026 14:30 · ANAF identifier 3004871209
If several documents appear in the same check, the first arrives on its own and the rest as one summary.
Pricing
You pay for how many companies you monitor
A company has one tax id. A practice has dozens. The price follows the number of tax ids and how quickly you want to know.

Security
We ask for access to fiscal data. Here is what we do with it
An SPV authorisation is not limited to invoices, so we treat it as a safe key rather than as a setting.
Tokens are encrypted separately from everything else
The authorisation ANAF issues is stored encrypted with a dedicated key that is not the application key. Anyone reading the database would get nothing usable.
We never see your certificate and cannot use it
The digital certificate stays with you, on your USB token. Authorisation happens in your browser, directly with ANAF. We receive only the right to read messages.
Every query is logged
We keep a record of each call to ANAF: which tax id, which endpoint, when. We can tell you at any point what we looked at.
You disconnect with one button
From your account, whenever you like. The tokens are destroyed on the spot and we ask ANAF to revoke the authorisation; monitoring stops immediately.
Questions
What people ask before signing up
- Do I need a digital certificate?
- Yes. ANAF allows access to SPV only with a qualified digital certificate, and the authorisation happens on a computer with the USB token plugged in. That is ANAF's requirement, applying to any application that reads SPV, not just to us.
- Can I connect from my phone?
- Not the authorisation step — a phone cannot read the USB token. Everything else, yes: once authorised you can use the app and receive notifications anywhere.
- How long does the authorisation last?
- ANAF caps authorisations at one year. Thirty days before expiry we start sending reminders, so alerts do not stop without you knowing. Renewing takes a minute, but needs the USB token again.
- Do you see the contents of my invoices?
- We read the list of messages in SPV, and on plans with an archive we also download the invoice XML so you do not have to fetch it yourself. Files sit on private storage, reachable only from your account.
- What happens if ANAF does not respond?
- We retry later, under limits we impose on ourselves so we never exceed ANAF's published ceilings. If ANAF flags an overrun twice within an hour, we stop querying entirely and check by hand.
- Can I stop at any time?
- Yes. You can stop monitoring a tax id, or delete the SPV connection entirely, with one button. The tokens are destroyed immediately.
