Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

Alerte SPV is a service operated by WEB LOFT S.R.L., registered office at Str. Buzoeni nr. 14, bl. M33, sc. 1, et. 7, ap. 45, Sector 5, București, 051195, România, Trade Register J2021013171406, tax identification number 44674942.

You can reach us at or .

2. What the service does

Alerte SPV periodically checks ANAF's Private Virtual Space (SPV) for the tax identification numbers you specify, and notifies you by email — and optionally by push notification — when a new document appears: an invoice in the RO e-Factura system or, on plans that include it, other SPV documents.

The service never files, signs or changes anything at ANAF. Its access is read-only and limited to what your authorisation permits.

How often we check depends on your plan and is stated on the pricing page. We do not promise a shorter interval than the one shown.

3. What we need from you

The service needs an OAuth authorisation that you grant through ANAF's portal using your qualified digital certificate. The certificate stays with you; we neither see it nor can use it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the tax identification numbers you add, and for having the legal right to receive information about them.

ANAF authorisations expire after at most one year. We send reminders before expiry, but renewing is up to you.

4. Limits of the service

Alerte SPV depends on ANAF's APIs being available and on the call limits they impose. When ANAF does not answer, or throttles us, alerts can be delayed.

We do not guarantee that you will be told about every single document. Alerte SPV is a support tool, not a replacement for checking yourself, and not a replacement for your tax obligations, which remain entirely yours.

We are not liable for penalties, interest or missed deadlines. Our liability, to the extent the law allows, is limited to the subscription fee paid for the period concerned.

5. Payments and subscriptions

At the time of writing, paid subscriptions are not active. The free plan can be used without a card.

When subscriptions become available, prices, billing and renewal terms will be shown before payment and this document will be updated accordingly.

6. Ending the relationship

You can stop monitoring a tax identification number, or delete the SPV connection entirely, at any time from your account. When you delete the connection we destroy the access tokens immediately and ask ANAF to revoke the authorisation.

You can delete your account from the settings section. Documents already downloaded are removed according to your plan's retention policy.

7. Disputes

Write to us at and we will try to resolve anything directly.

If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, including through its alternative dispute resolution platform.

These terms are governed by Romanian law.
