You authorise access, once
You sign in to ANAF with your qualified digital certificate and grant us the right to read SPV. It is the same OAuth flow accounting software uses — we never see your certificate.
Worth knowing
This step needs a computer with the USB token plugged in. It does not work on a phone — that is ANAF's limitation, not ours.

We discover your tax ids
ANAF tells us which companies your certificate has rights over. If you administer thirty entities, all thirty appear — you do not type a single tax id by hand.
